The Route

Boston, MA to San Francisco, CA (3,757.90 miles)

July 15, 2024 – September 21(ish), 2024

What would take a Boeing 757 about 6 hours will take us roughly 68 days. Our journey starts just south of Boston. We’ll ride to Niagara Falls, skirt Lake Erie to Cleveland, OH, and roll along the midwestern planes to Des Moines, IA. From there, we climb up to Denver, CO, take a rest, and continue the mountainous rollercoaster through Utah, Nevada, and the Sierras. Triumphant and exhausted, we’ll finally return home to the California Bay Area.

Anyone can join us for any segment they like with the understanding that they “find” us! Most days will be spent camping alongside a road or park. Every 6 or 7 days we will hotel it for an evening and a rest day!
